The neighborhood is home to ehtnic communities from all corners of the globe and the housing options are just as diverse - brownstone townhouses, post-war apartment buildings, co-ops, and detached Victorian houses can all be found here. One thing that seems to be fairly uniform through the neighborhood is affordability, making it a rare haven where people can easily settle in. The nearby F train along McDonald Avenue and Q train to the west will easily move you throug the borough and beyond.
